By downloading or playing Creamery (“the game”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Creamery is published by Nuviame Solutions Inc (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Creamery for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
Creamery is free to play. There are no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions. All flavors, toppings, cones, and other content are unlocked using coins you earn by playing the game.
Coins, flavors, toppings, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash, and exist only within the game. We may add, modify, or remove in-game content over time.
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to manipulate the game or its saved data, and not to use the game in any unlawful way.
Creamery is family-friendly and may be played by children. The game is free, contains no advertising, and offers no purchases, so there is nothing for a child to spend money on within the app.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuviame Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
